Please fill out and submit the RMA form below to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 2: Confirm your RMA request
You will receive the RMA number per Email.
Step 3: Finish the return shipment
Please pack the return goods carefully to avoid further damage. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging or on delivery note.
Step 4: Return the goods
Use a carrier of you choice to send goods to:ITEC-Tontechnik,Lassnitzthal 300,8200 Gleisdorf, AUSTRIA.
Step 5: Development & testing of your goods
After technical check of the return goods our customer service will inform you about further steps (repair, replacement, refund).
Step 6: Conclusion of your RMA request
Finally new or repaired goods will be sent back to the declared return adress.
